How much does it cost to send one SMS?

Cost per SMS is calculated by units called SMS Credit. The cost of each SMS Credit depends on the number of SMS credits you buy. You can view our pricing structure by visiting Pricing & Coverage section on our website.

 
Are there any costs involved?

There are no setup fees or monthly fees or any other additional fees. We operate on a prepay basis. The credits that you buy will not expire until you use them, so if you buy them now and only use them 6 months down the line, that is no problem. They will always be on your account at your disposal.

 
How do I buy credits?

At the moment, Extreme Web SMS only accepts the following methods of payment to purchase SMS credits:

      1. Cash Payment
      2. Direct Bank Deposit
      3. Bank / Wire Transfer

Please let us know if you require our bank details inorder to initiate a bank / wire transfer.

We will soon be accepting Credit Card payments for this service. Please let us know if you require to pay via your credit card while this payment gateway hasn't been integrated to the site yet.

If you have any other method of purchasing SMS credits, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 
Do you offer discounts?

Extreme Web SMS currently offers discount only on SMS credit blocks. The larger the purchase, the cheaper the SMS gets. We hope to start giving discount in the near future once our Web SMS system is fully designed and developed.

 
Do you provide status reports?

Yes

 
How long does it take to deliver messages?

Messages are delivered within 3 minutes on the standard route, usually within 30 seconds.

 
Do you support 2 way SMS?

Yes, but this feature hasn't been implemented yet. Recipients can reply to messages sent via our system. All replies are sent to their appropriate user inboxes.

 
Do I need to have my cellular phone to sign up for this service?

Yes - your must have your cellular phone to sign up for this service in order to protect our system from being abused. Furthermore, cellular numbers are unique to users. One cannot sign up again using the same cellular number to protect our system from being abused.

 
I haven't received my authorization code?

Please view our coverage to see whether your network is supported by us.

 
I have received the code, what do I do now?

An authorization code was sent to your cellular phone. You must enter our authorization code to be able to use our three (3) test credits. Please do the following to activate your account and claim your test credits:

      1. Login into your account
      2. Click on "Activate your Account"
      3. Enter the code
 
I lost my password, what do I do?

You must have access to your email address on your profile. Please use our Reset Password form to reset your password.

 
How do I change my phone number?

You cannot change your phone number on your profile. Please contact us if you need to change your phone number.
